Product Safety & Care
All our products have been vigorously tested, not only ensuring top quality but most importantly ensuring our products are safe to use within your home. We are fully insured and CLP compliant. CLP = classification, labeling & packaging and must be displayed on every item in accordance with EU regulations.
Candle Care
- The first burn is the most important. Please allow 4 hours for the first burn to ensure the wax melts to he edges and prevents tunneling. Don't worry if there is any hang up on the sides after the first burn, this will melt as the vessel heats up further down.
- Please trim your wick to 5mm prior to each burn. This allows the flames to burn steadily and evenly without getting too hot too quickly.
- Each subsequent burn is recommended to be between 3-4 hours maximum.
- Please don't allow your candle to burn below 1/4 inch at the bottom, always place your candle on a heat proof surface and never leave unattended.

Wax Melt Care
Helpful hints
Break off one cube and place in the top reservoir of a tealight burner. I always recommend using a tealight burner with our wax as the scent throw is far superior due to the heat from the candle.
To remove the wax once the scent has gone I recommend placing a cotton ball or cotton pad into the melted wax. This soaks it up nicely ready for your next cube.
